Agile is pleased to announce the sale of Agile Software to Avaya
We are pleased to announce that Agile NZ has sold its shareholding in Agile Software to Avaya Inc.
Agile Software has been responsible for the creation and development of Contact Center Express (CCE), which up until this time has been used by Avaya under an OEM license. This now gives Avaya 100% ownership and control of the Contact Center Express product.
