Agile is a company with strong ethics and values, which is committed to sustainability and promoting environmentally friendly business practices. We achieve this by incorporating sustainable business processes into our day to day operations and promoting ICT solutions that help customers tackle environmental challenges.

Sustainable Business Processes

Like any business, we continue to develop and invest in business practices which drive environmental sustainability, balanced with the commercial imperatives of the business. Our business practices to reduce the environmental impact include:

Minimising Travel
We have deployed and use collaboration tools on a daily basis which limits the requirement for travel. Video conferencing for example is part of our DNA and is used on a daily basis.

Recycling
We recycle or reuse consumable materials wherever practical, including plastics, glass, paper, packaging and electronic materials.

Remote Customer Support
We were pioneers in delivering remote support, and continue to use this as a tool to service to our customers. This avoids unnecessary travel to customer sites to undertake diagnosis and configuration changes.

Remote Working
Unless required for operational reasons, our staff are provided with the autonomy to tele-work from home, which helps reduce emissions caused by commuting. We provide staff with tools such as laptop PCs and remote network access to enable remote working.

Supply Management 
Our major partners, Avaya, Tandberg, and Nice all have a strong commitment to minimise the environmental impact of their operations. Their respective statements on the environment are available on their websites.      

Customer Solutions that Enhance Sustainability
Agile develops, delivers and manages integrated communication technologies that drive business. Contact centre solutions, conferencing and enterprise IP telephony are all business solutions that help customers to reduce emissions and enhance a sustainable environment. We see that ICT is a significant enabler to drive sustainability and encourage our customers to share the same view.
