Sustainable Business Processes
Like any business, we continue to develop and invest in business practices which drive environmental sustainability, balanced with the commercial imperatives of the business. Our business practices to reduce the environmental impact include:
We have deployed and use collaboration tools on a daily basis which limits the requirement for travel. Video conferencing for example is part of our DNA and is used on a daily basis.
We recycle or reuse consumable materials wherever practical, including plastics, glass, paper, packaging and electronic materials.
Remote Customer Support
We were pioneers in delivering remote support, and continue to use this as a tool to service to our customers. This avoids unnecessary travel to customer sites to undertake diagnosis and configuration changes.
Unless required for operational reasons, our staff are provided with the autonomy to tele-work from home, which helps reduce emissions caused by commuting. We provide staff with tools such as laptop PCs and remote network access to enable remote working.

Agile develops, delivers and manages integrated communication technologies that drive business.
