Agile Expert avoids delays associated with reporting incidents to help desks and fault diagnosis. Advanced monitoring tools continually collect and analyse system traps from your communications systems and immediately notify our engineers if there is a problem. In many cases, we will have responded to the incident before you get the chance to call into our Network Operation Centre.
Using a constantly growing knowledge base, Agile Expert automatically diagnoses and resolves many issues without human intervention.
Incidents unable to be resolved automatically are immediately escalated to our engineers – who respond within 15 minutes to any major incident.
Agile Expert gives you complete visibility of what’s going on through automated email and text messaging, whenever a major incident occurs. We also provide regular reports with an historical analysis of system issues and what we’ve done to resolve them.
You will have direct contact with the engineer resolving the issue so you can hear, first hand, what’s going on.
